We welcome attendees of all ages, including children. Our event is designed to be family-friendly, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Hotels

We are very fortunate to have the support of local area hotels and businesses for our teams, staff, and guests. Our host hotels are very committed to making offshore racing a featured annual event in their respective cities. We are thankful for their support in hosting our staff at each race site. Additionally, there are several other accommodation options in close proximity to the race site. Visit each location page to view the host hotel and other accommodation options in each city.

Parking

For convenient parking, there are available spots near the event, including parking meters and city parking lots.

Shuttles

Marathon: Race World Offshore has a shuttle, the Pigeon Shuttle, that is available for transportation.

Ocean City, Clearwater, and Key West: There is no Race World Offshore shuttle service available. However, we recommend checking for local bus and shuttle routes to facilitate your transportation needs in these locations. Local transit options can provide convenient and alternative ways to reach our events in these areas.

Ticket Refund/Exchange Policy

Refunds will not be issued for tickets or VIP purchases. Please be aware that all ticket and VIP sales are final and non-refundable.

Will Call

To collect your tickets, please proceed to the designated will-call site. The location of the will-call site varies depending on the race event location. The address for will call can be found on each event locations schedule.

Food & Beverage/Shop

Alcohol

Alcohol is available for purchase by event vendors and local restaurants.

Food & Beverage/Concessions

Food and beverages, including concessions, will be available for purchase at the event. These items can be obtained from event vendors as well as local restaurants.

Merchandise

RWO merchandise will be available online all year and on-site at select events.

Trash/Recycling

Please dispose of all trash in designated trash cans. It is important to adhere to local rules and follow any posted signs regarding recycling.

Restaurants

Local restaurants will be operating as usual during the event. For more detailed information, we recommend visiting their respective websites.

Services

Accessible Services

Our event is committed to accessibility in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We provide accessible parking and seating options throughout the venue to ensure that all attendees can enjoy the experience comfortably.

Service Animals

Race World Offshore accepts domestic animals, including service animals. However, it is mandatory to leash them during the events. We recommend verifying and adhering to local and state laws regarding the presence of animals at our events.

Restrooms

Information regarding restroom facilities can be found on the event grounds. Specific details on restroom locations will be provided via on-site signage.

First Aid/Medical

An ambulance will be present on-site during boating activities, and experienced medical personnel will be available to handle emergencies. In the event of a medical emergency, please dial 911 if assistance is required.

Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct

Firearms, fireworks, and pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited at the event. Additionally, please be aware that other prohibited items include but may not be limited to:

  • Illegal substances or drugs
  • Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
  • Laser pointers
  • Any promotional or commercial materials without prior authorization

Solicitation/Sampling/Peddling

Race World Offshore strictly prohibits solicitation, sampling, and peddling at any event unless prior authorization has been granted by RWO. If individuals or entities are interested in engaging in any of these activities, they must seek prior approval from RWO.

Zero Tolerance

Race World Offshore signifies an unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, sportsmanship, and fair play. Any violation of safety protocols, event rules, or disruptive behavior will be addressed with immediate and decisive action. This policy ensures a secure and enjoyable experience for all participants, spectators, and staff. It is imperative for everyone involved to be aware of and adhere to the event’s zero-tolerance policy to uphold the integrity of offshore racing competitions.
